Our ambition since 2015 has been to help our customers modernise and optimise their customer experience and build brand loyalty, while continuously improving the efficiency of the customer service organisation.

The Customer First platform is continuously being developed and refined with large and small improvements, and recently version 8 of the system was launched. Among our customers are several of the most famous and beloved brands in the market, and they have very high demands on customer experience, simplicity and efficiency.

Our highly experienced team in product development, support, sales and management enables us to always do what is best for our customers and their customers.
